Shipping & Delivery



Fulfillment Time: It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which the order is shipped out to the customer. 

Shipping time: Shipping time depends on your geographical location, but can be estimated as follows... USA: 5-8 business days | International: 10-20 business days.

Our warehouses: We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities all over the world… Here in our homeland USA, South America and Europe as well.

Customs & Tax fees: These can occur on International orders. It is NOT something our company can control. It is assessed by your local customs office and customs policies vary widely for every nation involved. So please check with your local customs office directly to see if they will apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Tracking Your Order: Most of our shipping methods include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via an email notification after your order ships out. 

Wrong/damaged product: We apologize if the product(s) you’ve ordered arrived damaged or was/were the wrong product(s) when delivered. 

  • Please email us within 4 week’s time after purchase, with a detailed description of your order issue. 
  • Also please attach photos of the delivered wrong or damaged product, including a photo of the Packaging Slip with order number clearly visible. 
  • Once we receive your email, We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Missing Orders: Before contacting us about not receiving your orders as scheduled.

  • Please check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Caution: Package theft is heavily on the rise. If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, please use an address you know you’ll be in, to receive it.

Once you’ve checked all of the above for your missing package to no avail, please reach out to us via with your order number included in your email.

Lost In The Mail:

  • For packages assumed as being lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If confirmed as being lost in transit, we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. 
  • PLEASE Keep in mind that, if tracking information states an order was delivered but the customer thinks they haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and will NOT reship that order to the customer.

Wrong Address: Please be sure to provide the proper address to receive your purchase.If you provide an insufficient address [incorrect, incomplete or illegible], The courier will return your package to our printer’s fulfillment facilities. You as the customer will have to pay for reshipping the package to the correct address, once you’ve updated & corrected the address.

FYI: You can use ZIP Code™ Lookup | USPS to be sure you are providing the right zip code for the city you want your package to be delivered to.

Unclaimed Packages: If for whatever reason you are unable to claim your package at day and time of delivery. After a few attempts, the courier will return the package to our fulfillment facilities. You as the customer will be responsible for all reshipping payments.
